he Oleandro Residence was completely restructured in 1998. It is located in a quiet area very near the beach, on the lively and famous promenade of Marina Centro. The residence is easily accessible with the car from A14 motorway, Rimini Sud exit, and with public transport from the railway station.
The complex is run by the proprietors from more than three generations. The residence is open all year: applied rates are different on the basis of seasonal period.
